Terms of Service
Last updated September 26, 2026. This page is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice.
The deal
Try it free for 7 days, no card needed. After that, pay $9.99 once and get access to the app for as long as it exists. Buying in the iPhone app goes through Apple at the price shown in the App Store. There's no subscription and no recurring charge. This is an indie, self-hosted app run by one person, not a company with a support team or an SLA.
Refunds
If something's broken or you're unhappy in the first few days, get in touch via the help page — refunds are handled case-by-case, at the app owner's discretion.
Not medical advice
This app helps you log workouts and food. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose anything, and nothing in it should be treated as medical, dietary, or fitness advice from a licensed professional. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't try to access another user's data or interfere with how the app runs for other people.
No guarantees
The app is provided as-is. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but as a small, independently-run service we can't promise 100% uptime or that data will never be lost — export or note down anything critical if that matters to you.
Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally as the app changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
