What we collect
Your email address and authentication details (handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider), plus whatever you log in the app: workouts, sets and reps, body weight, and food/nutrition entries. We don't collect anything beyond what the app needs to function — no ad tracking, no analytics pixels, no third-party trackers.
Where it lives
Your account and authentication are managed by Clerk. Your training and nutrition data is stored in our own database, which we run ourselves — it is not shared with or sold to any third party. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Food data
Food search results come from Open Food Facts and the USDA FoodData Central database — both public, open nutrition databases. Searching for a food sends your search term to these services; logging a food stores a copy of its nutrition data in our database so your history stays accurate even if the public entry changes later.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't use your health data to train models or share it with advertisers. We don't comment on, judge, or make automated inferences about your body from the numbers you log.
Your data, your control
You can delete your account and every row of data associated with it at any time from the Profile screen. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
